How to place an order

1) Call or email us with an idea of what you would like including sizes, colours, delivery date and a budget that you are working to. With this information to hand we can come up with some ideas to suit your needs and your budget.

2) If you are happy to proceed then we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This covers our costs and allows us to purchase materials etc so that we can make your piece.

3) Once the order is completed then we will require the remaining 50% to be paid and we will then deliver your order.
