Handmade External Wooden Doors

Our external wooden doors are made from solid planks of wood, kiln dried to around 6-8% moisture levels. The doors are designed to show no end-grain which in turn protects even further against the elements.

We can make your doors from a range of different woods, Pine, Oak or Ash are just some examples. The doors are finished in a range of either oils and waxes with UV protection to help protect the wood against outside weather conditions.

Our doors are made using traditional mortice and tenon joints, which are then kept in place with traditional wooden pegs. This method of joinery has been used for hundreds of years, which gives us the confidence to warranty our work for 10 years.
